    Urgent Need (February 2019):

We are in desperate need of regular weekly volunteers to assist in various areas of the Mission during business hours M-F. These volunteer opportunities are in our Thrift Store, Food Pantry, Clothing Ministry and GED program. If anyone is 18 years or older, has a couple hours or more a week to help out in one of these areas, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Sandy Carrico by phone at 336-723-1848, ext. 116 or by email.

    About:

Since 1967, we have provided Christ-centered counseling and education in residential recovery programs for those broken by homelessness and addictions. With the generous support of the community and volunteers, we are able to provide food, shelter, and clothing, as well as medical and dental care, to those in need. We have the privilege of seeing clients’ lives transformed as they are also taught about a personal relationship with Christ.

     How You Can Help:

Stock or distribute food, hang and tag clothing, Clothing Closet assistance, dental and medical clinic assistance, landscaping, donations, 5K registration and training, special projects.
